Check-in time at 2:00PM, Check-out Time at 12:00NN. Request for early check-in or late check-out are subject to applicable charge and room availability.
The hotel will require an incidental deposit of Php 2,000 in CASH upon check-in.
All rooms are NON-SMOKING. The hotel provided a designated smoking area. Should there be any violation, a cleaning fee of Php 5,000 will be charge to the guest.
All guests Room are equipped with safety deposit box. The hotel shall not be held liable for any lost or damage to guest personal property.
Lost Key Card will be charge of Php 1,000.
A guest or their invite who negligently or intentionally cause damage to the hotel or any furniture or furnishing within the hotel will be charge accordingly. Such damages include are not limited to towels and linen stains due to, HENNA TATTOO, INK, HAIR DYE, OIL and DISCOLORATION.
Visiting hours start from 9:00 AM until 9:00PM. All visitors must present a valid ID and shall abide by the hotel policies and procedures. Visitors who wish to stay beyond the allowed hours will be charge of Php1,500 per person. Maximum number of persons per room shall be strictly observed.
Guests are reminded that no life guard is on duty at all times. The hotel and its management shall not be held liable for any accident/ untoward incident that may occur during the guest stay. Children should be under adult supervision most of the time. The hotel requires proper swimming attire. Pool is open from 9:00AM to 9:00PM.
Personal belongings left abandoned in the room shall be kept for safety thing for a period of sixty (60) days.
Any shortening of stay or modification after check-in shall not be entitled to refunds.
